Services, are provided "as is," and we make no guarantees that they always will be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without disruptions, delays, or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law.
Governing Law, Jurisdiction
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington. YOU ACCEPT AND CONSENT TO THE PERSONAL JURISDICTION AND VENUE OF THE FEDERAL AND STATE COURTS IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON, FOR ANY COURT ACTION OR PROCEEDING DEEMED NECESSARY.
Indemnification
You hereby indemnify to the fullest extent Panspective from and against any and/or all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising in any way related to your breach of any of the provisions of these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid under any applicable law, such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.
